Sales & Administrative Assistant
The Sales & Administrative Assistant will play a key role in assisting our Sales team organize, analyze & generate new leads. The ideal candidate will have primary duties in sorting & generating lead lists in Zoom Info, as well as assisting with miscellaneous office tasks.
- Responsibilities:
- Zoom Info data organization
- Importing, sorting & exporting lead lists to Sales team
Requirements:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office & web-based databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
